Students develop a comprehensive understanding of the federal requirements to implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) as part of OMB Circulars A-123 and A-11. Students focus on leveraging existing internal control, program management, performance, and budget formulation methods. Course includes hands on simulations and projects to create risk identification, management, and monitoring tools. Students depart with a suite of tools and knowledge products to implement ERM within their organizations.  Materials included.
